I am in the very midst of my busiest season and so I am in the very midst of my busiest season and so far it has been absolutely amazing, my most exciting year yet with the business. While I write this, I’m in a shooting by day, editing all night mode and it’s exhausting but brings me sooo much joy. Thank you to everyone who constantly supports me and my biz, I’m so proud of what I get to do every day and I hope it continues for many more years. Do you remember just how small they were? It’s Do you remember just how small they were? It’s crazy how quickly those early days fade into a blur of feeds, naps and tiny cuddles. One moment they fit perfectly in your hands, and before you know it, they’re outgrowing everything you swore would last forever. I hear it all the time — “We’ll book a shoot once things calm down.” But honestly? These newborn days are the moments you’ll want to hold onto most. They’re messy and beautiful and fleeting — and that’s exactly what makes them so special. An in-home newborn session isn’t about perfect outfits or tidy rooms. It’s about slowing down for an hour, soaking it all in, and having these tiny details — those wrinkly toes, sleepy smiles, and gentle snuggles — photographed before they change again. It takes so much hard work and energy, but it’s the most enjoyable, rewarding career I’ve ever had.
